Unfortunately, I am one of those who purchased PTCL "Evo" Broadband USB Device. I had heard much about it from so many people that "Evo" is a mere FRAUD; & ALL the claims of PTCL are far from realities. However, I wanted to confirm it by myself. So, let me unveil my personal experience about so called 'High Speed' INTERNET Device "Evo". I purchased the device & spent a total of Rs. 10,000.00/- as the device price together-with a balance of Rs. 6,000.00/- in ADVANCE, aligning their 24 hours UNLIMITED Package for 3 months.
Now, let me unveil the realities what happened to me...entirely in contrary to the claims & parameters of Unlimited Package formulated by the PTCL authorities. Instead for staying unlimited for a total time-span of 3 months, the PTCL disconnected NET just after 6 days (despite an existing balance of Rs. 6,000.00/-). what happened to me can never be tolerated by any straightforward person. NET remained out of work for the entire month, despite an existing balance of Rs. 6,000.000/-. I had been reminding the PTCL authorities again & again thousands of times...made countless telephone calls...but they never restored NET connection to my "Evo", letting the entire Prepaid money for an Unlimited Package go waste.
Existing realities can never be denied. How can anyone claim that a Prepaid Unlimited Package really stays connected for the entire period the money is paid in advance (as promised by PTCL). Every time the PTCL tell a lie that NET would be restored till night. Factually that night never comes. Tell me, who's responsible for such an unexpected huge loss to the consumers. PTA must impose BAN on advertising & sale of "Evo" Broadband USB Device, so that people could escape this fraud amid an unforeseen loss of money.
