Witribe Device Software Update/Firmware Update

Customers reporting that their witribe connections stopped all of sudden. The solution provided by witribe call center is to upgrade device firmware. For auto update there is an option available in wimax modem panel, but by default its unchecked. So either customer does that manually or he will visit franchise for firmware/ software update.
