PTCL Wingle "UNFAIR" Fair Usage Policy
PTCL Wingle reviewed their FUP (Fair Usage Policy) in the month of June 2014. Don't know how long they can stick to this kinda UNFAIR "fair usage policy" :
Now all packages which PTCL sold with 30GB limit now they reduced it to 20GB .
Yes PTCL Wingle 30GB 1500 per month is now 20GB per Month. (Note: If you see 30GB of 1500 per month wingle package anywhere on our blogs please consider it as 20 GB , as its hard to update each and every post)
Now let's talk about Previously Unlimited fair usage was 75GB on ptcl wingle, now they reduced it to 30GB. Although PTCL have clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that they can change FUP anytime, but still this seems very unfair.
Now PTCL sales will not be easy in Karachi / Lahore / Rawalpindi and Islamabad where QUBEE is giving 70GB Fair usage policy on it's 2Mbps package, 50GB to 60GB on 1.5Mbps , 40GB on 1Mbps. Qubee rates are comparatively lower than all other wimax internet service providers operating in Pakistan.
Although we deal in PTCL products as well, but we do have courage to raise our voice on ptcl unfair policies which is ripping customers money. This seems like a fraud with ptcl customers , first they tell them attractive package then all of sudden they make it ugly package.
People bought Azadi packages , package was very nice , 1250 per month with 75GB fair usage policy , and PTCL mentioned on their site that it's lifetime package, That's right package is for lifetime but GBs were not for lifetime, They are limited to 30GB as well. Here we would like to mention that people bought those azadi packages in high rates just to avail 75GB in 1250 per month, but sadly they will get only 30GB now.
