Malir is one the big town in Karachi, a very populated area. People from different backgrounds live here. Malir is also famous for it's fields and fruits. But Main Malir is not as green as we think of it. It's much populated and commercial area now a days.
Liaquat Market is one of the biggest market in Karachi although located in a small piece of land but so many small shops there , where you can find anything about anything. Heard it's one of the biggest market of ASIA, which I don't agree. But that's what I heard.
People are not that well established but still can afford much. So businesses are flourishing here. Malir Saudabad , Malir Tanki, Model Colony , Malir 15, Malir Halt and Kala Board are the main locations where you can find thousands of shops. Kala Board has the biggest non stop hospitals row , in which you can find all types of hospitals (medical/homeo/Labs/medical stores/orthopedics etc)
Internet is essential need of every individual no matter where he lives. And when you focusing on business locations you can see a big market of internet users. Many Internet service providers under estimated few areas where they think they can't earn high profits , thats why they didn't consider those areas and choose not to invest there and leave them for locals.
Wateen , Infinity and Wi-tribe are the big example of those service providers who didn't focus MALIR. Local Cable internet operators made huge profits by spreading their cable net services with the help of Cable tv guys. Finding any professional approach is kinda hard in such criteria , where they don't have any customer care concept or online / phone support.
