PTCL EVO : Easily broken, damaged, or destroyed
PTCL Evo (USB Black one) looks very beautiful USB unit but anyone can break it easily. it's very fragile. Have seen alot of damaged usb devices which customers thrown in PTCL franchises ( Because there is no return policy of USB in PTCL). As compare to Huawei USB ZTE USB performance is poor as well.
PTCL EVO giving broadband connection with upfront of Rs. 6000/- (officially) which is costly when customers can get QUBEE Unlimited in total 1850/- , Wi-tribe packages are better than ptcl evo but still costly and in limited area than QUBEE.

I don't agree with the content of the post. I recently bought PTCL Evo and Usb was damaged by a little cousin of mine. I went to PTCL One stop shop and they immediately repaired it with nominal charges. It was a hardware issue that's why they charged me, but it issue is related to software, they won't charge you anything.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, PTCL offer its services all over Pakistan, even in Northen Areas, Remote Areas of Khyber PakhtunKhwa, Balochistan and in Azad Kashmir. Neither Qubee, nor do the Wateen or Witribe offer their services in such a broad range of areas. It too is the value for money. PTCL FTW

Ist i by than i use 4 dayes coustomer sefvis saye your usb gone to stope work becose u dont subment id car i paye agan 750 rs than i bring evo to home its not work same condition .than contact frinchaeser he tall me your evo are broken cose damage

Select Country and City tab and you will get address and directions on google map.
PTCL devices are made by Huawei, so Huawei Authroized Service Centre does the repairs either free for minor mishandle or they will charge you for replacement of a port or jacket etc.
